Air Separation Plants

In air separation plants – also referred to as coldboxes – the ambient air is liquefied by cooling it down to -180°C while the components nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and inert gases are separated.

Our scope of delivery covers the engineering, fabrication and erection of the boxes including the respective stainless steel substructures for separators inside. Furtheron we take care of the erection of completed coldboxes on site.

In order to cope with large differences in temperature high-alloyed steel materials for low temperatures are necessary. We like to take up the challenge of fabrication and welding technology for such material.

Together with our clients we have been developing economic solutions which save cost and time by standardization the processes during engineering, fabrication and erection.

For shipment to countries outside Europe we complete Package Units in sea ports for transport by vessel to their Destination.
